"I gave Nick an extremely difficult job: a complete flat renovation, with a very tight cap on the overall cost. The work carried out has been of a consistently high standard and I am very happy with the end result. There was a time overrun, which was inconvenient, but at least some of this was due to factors that arose during the course of the work.
Overall,the whole experience was much less traumatic than I had anticipated. Most importantly, I would unhesitatingly employ him again, and unreservedly recommend him to others. A final word in respect of his workmen; who were unfailingly polite, cheerful, efficient and exceptionally tidy."
