I have two jobs that need doing: 1) After I removed a cupboard under the stairs, the underside of the stairs needs to be plasterboard to match the rest of the underside of the stairs. Include materials as part of the quote. 2) Laminate (tile-effect) flooring in the Kitchen. This is a medium sized kitchen. Do not include materials in the quote for the second job as will have already of purchased flooring from B&Q.
Really excellent job. The builders were very friendly and felt they knew exactly what they were doing. They even went out of their way to do some extra little jobs in the house. Would definitely use again. A good quality finish.

In the bathroom there is a bath with shower attached to the wall. There appears to be a leak behind the bath taps which has led to damage to the walls and underneath the bath tub. This has also affected the underlying joists and caused some damage to the kitchen ceiling and walls underneath. There is also overflow problems with the toilet which has led to damp behind the walls and the walls in the kitchen downstairs. There is also a problem with waste collecting outside which appears to be connected to this problem. There will need to be refurbishment of the bathroom and re-tiling around the bath and localised work to the kitchen and outside. It may need a new toilet and bath/shower being installed. Would require builder who can plumb.
Excellent job done. Would definitely recommend them again if I need a building job to be done. Builders worked very hard and did a very professional job.

We would like to get our floors levelled. We live in a victorian property and over time the central wall between the reception rooms and hall have settled causing the floor to dip downwards towards the wall. Having done some investigation we noted that the wall is sitting on a joist and that the floorboards from reception room to hall run all the way beneath the wall ( in between the joist and the wall ) so appears to complicate matters.
