Ex council studio flat renovation 281 sq ft so quite small, boiler needs moving, coucil will require correct certificates. Purchased for renovation and rent but needs to be done at a nice spec I would like some advice before deciding who will supply fittings/materials
Style of property: Modern This is not a listed building Customer is the landlord of this property Timing: Within 2 days
Renovation went well - building glitches meant timing was delayed but good standard finish added immediate value to a rental property on completion. This project management service meant little involvement regards finishing touches so from my point of view a high recommendation for rental properties.

The house already has a loft conversion (bedroom and en-suite), but would like to increase the size of the loft bedroom, move the bathroom back and put in an additional box-room up there. To do this, I think I dormer would need to be created and the pitched roof removed. I think it needs to go back 6-8 feet.
At the same time, I would like both the en-suite in the loft conversion and the family bathroom to be refitted.
The house is a mid-terrace approximately 15 years old.
The plans would need to be drawn up from scratch.
Timing: I am flexible on start date

Removing a section of wall in kitchen, installing new kitchen.
Removing all flooring, install underfloor heating and cork floor. Timing: 2 months+
1. Bathroom Repair: Shower on top floor is leaking to floor below - I think it's because shower tray was not installed properly. 2. Hello and thank you for looking.
This job is to take place in a modern flat with partition walls, hopefully in January however that will depend on cost.
1) Storage cupboard with a door to fit a space where two partition walls will be needed (one with the door). Hooks for Ironing Board and Drying racks. One Shelf required.
Internal Shelve depth approximately 45cm, width approximately 90cm.
Height of cupboard walls approx 226cm.
2) Bathroom storage cuboard with shelves and mirrored doors to hide what is stored behind them.
Dimensions as follows:
Shelves (enough to allow for 4 shelves of storage); approx depth: 29cm, approx width 69cm
Doors approx 85cm tall width approx 69cm and finish at ceiling height unless recommended otherwise.
3) Curtain rail to fit a space approx 285cm fitted.
4) Fitting an internal storage shelf in a boiler cupboard approx 75cm in width and depth.
5) Refitting underlay (a botched DIY job) and lino in a small bathroom measuring approximately 162cm at it's greatest length and 150cm at it's greatest width. I have the lino already.
Jobs 1-3 are much more important so I would be very grateful if you could give me two quotes; one for job 1-3 and one for job 1-5.
Thanks in advance.
We are looking for a glass partition to be built inside our office.
The walls are a total of 6m in length. It is being built into a corner so there will be two walls- approx 3m each
Height of ceiling is 2.5m.
We have a drawn plan. I can email this through.
Ideally work would be out of office hours (evening/ Weekend) but not essential if this effects budget.
Address is as below. We are on ground floor with no steps etc.
