Very good high, quality work. Also very competitive prices which were much cheaper than all the other quotes i received. Workers are friendly and work long hours and even weekends to get the job done.
Kitchen - Supply & Fit cooker, hob & extractor, lay lino, provide additional plug sockets.
Bathroom - Install toilet & sink (supplied), supply and fit lino, needs extractor fan, fit rails and shower fittings.
Hallway - Fit smoke alarms, front door handles & latch replacement
General - Replace broken sockets, fit door handles throughout, carpet throughout, general tidy-up & cleaning. Remove bags & boxes of rubbish.
Communal - Fix front door, replace flooring.
S**fan is an incredibly friendly, skilled and genuine tradesman. He was able to provide a fair price for the work & started the job at very short notice. The completed work was to a very high standard AHEAD of schedule. I have no reservation in recommending him, and would love to work with this company again on our next project.
- New flooring to match kitchen flooring (appears to be some sort of wood panel flooring)

- Window to get new window casing (there used to be wooden shutter on the window and now we want it to look like the others in the room)

- Old radiator moved and new one fitted.
The bathroom and also new carpeting throughout the flat also needs doing but we aren't keen to start the bathroom renovations until it gets a bit warmer! (next year).

Hello, I need to tradesman who can do the following job:
1) Flooring: fixing of a laminate floor
2) Fixing of wall paper and wall painting
3) Electrical repairs
Demolish lean-to extension (made of corrigated plastic) and remove concrete base, replace guttering, overhall chimney stack and remove vegitation from roof. Replace flashing on one bit of roof (around 1 metre long?), replace any broken tiles, expose timbers in room below and replaster once dried, install airbrick at back of house. If this job is done well we will need more building services in future (we're buying a house that needs quite a bit of work).
