Although a small job, ABI offered a good price after a site visit. They came at the agreed time, did the work to a good standard, cleared up, kept my neighbour happy and charged the agreed amount. Happy to recommend.

Ceiling in living room of a one bedroom flat needs replacing due to pipe leak under the floor of the flat upstairs. Leak has now been fixed but ceiling needs replacing.
Started off quite good. Resolved some big key problems which was great. I think the overall job was too big for his operation though. Not the best at returning calls and the finer touches and snags let the job down.

We require quite a lot of work. Firstly we need to install an up too date fuse box and update our electrics, Then we need to move a bathroom from downstair to upstairs. Plumbing only needs to go to the room above. After this we would like to knock through two rooms and put in an RSJ. This will allow us to put in a kicthen diner
Overall, we were really pleased with the work that we had done. It was quite a big job and they managed the work well. There were a few minor details and things that we would liked to have been done differently. But we could have been more specific too! Thanks to everyone for creating such a super space!

We are completing a single storey side return extension on a victorian terrace house in east dulwich to create a large kitchen dining room. We are removing one internal wall (between the lounge and dining room) and changing the configuration slightly upstairs. We are not living in the property at the moment, and would like work to start January 2013 as soon as planning is finalised. Plans have been drawn up in partnership with an architect and were submitted to southwark planning this week (it will take 8 weeks). We will instruct our structural engineer to start work as soon as the planners give us their first comments in three weeks. We will share our architect drawings to help with the quote.
