I have several jobs that need to be done asap. 1. I have a gas pipe which I think is now redundant and needs to be removed. 2. I have some wiring which again I think might be redundant and needs to be removed. 3. I need my skirting completely replaced in my hall and living room. 4. I need my hall wallpapered and painted. 5. I need my kitchen repainted and redecorated too. One company that can deal with all this work would be ideal.

My flat is over two levels, ground floor and basement. At basement level, there is an existing 'larder''/pantry' space which is part of the original coal cellar which extends out from the front wall of the house under the pavement. The existing larder space has not been made very well - behind it, damp exposed walls, earth, and a gully where grey water appears to be draining out from dishwasher/washing machine. I want to take the whole space in hand: properly damp proof and finish the walls; tank it to catch as much of the damp as possible; install a proper floor - so I need a builder/project manager with experience of cellar/basements, damp proofing, and who is able to help suggest the best solution to make good use of the space.
6 week basement project with some structural work. Punctual, reliable, good communication, all proper boxes ticked like building regs, structural reports etc. Recommended.

I have a studio flat which I would like to convert to a 1 bedroom by installing a partition wall (strengthened to be able to take the weight of a wall mounted TV) and door. I would also like to replace the current electrical storage heaters with more modern ones if possible.
