I also wish to add a shower in my bathtub and shower pump, the passage, kitchen and bathroom will have porceline tiles while the bedrooms and living room will have laminate flooring.
very professional work so far, incredibly reliable, just awaiting final finishing touchesJarrod
I need someone to change our kitchen doorway into an archway that supports a baby stairgate (screw in).
I would also like our balcony floor tiled with slate tiles (we already have the tiles), our doorways stripped and repainted (9 door frames) and if possible an extractor fan fitted above the window in our bathroom that is switched on when the light is.
Efficient work. Completed in time stated and to a good standard. We are very pleased and will book with Tuburonss again as well as recommending to friends. Thankscarol

2 jobs actually. I need about 1/2 the cornicing replacing in a 12x14 ft bedroom (I have the new cornicing). It doesn't need painting as I'm going to repaint the whole cieling once it's done.
I also need a 6 ft garden gate replacing. The old one is falling apart & I have the new gate. They need changing over & the hinges & latch replacing. I have all those as well.

The ceiling of the garage (located under the kitchen) appears to be cracking and looks like it's in the process of failing. This may be due to a large washing machine leak that went undetected for a while and may have weakened the kitchen floor although we fixed it several months ago.
The scope of the work is likely to include a survey of the kitchen floor (garage ceiling) to determine the extent of the damage and, based on this, the strengthening of the floor.
I look forward to hearing from anyone who can help. If you need pictures I can send them over too.
Thanks!
Fay

I would like an indicative quote for conversion of a garage, which would include blocking off the garage door, opening a patio at the back into the garden, and opening a door into the internal corridor. Some of the houses in the road have a similar conversion already done. Here is the house's floor plan together with a floor plan for another house with a converted garage:

The house is breeze block, but has not been decorated for 20 years, so complete modernisation wis required.

Hi,
I need to remove a structural wall in the basement of my Victorian house. The structural engineer has advised putting a foundation for the posts in either side of the room and then steelwork (steel beam) to support the floor above. The steel beam will need to be lifted in order not to reduce the ceiling height due to the thickness of the beam.
Only well experienced builders/constructor should respond as i will be looking for references of any similar work you have done in the past.
I have no idea of the costs for this, therefore i have put a temporary budget of £100. Please bid accordingly and i will select depending on your quote and experience.
