Updated : Cosmetic renovation of ground floor, in preparation for a new kitchen.
No plans necessary.
Original : Stripping out of current kitchen and disconnection of all appliances (15 units). Moving plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher to opposite side of kitchen next to sink (3m away from original position). Removing gas connection for old gas cooker. Ensuring electrical connection for new electric cooker is in place. Removal of current carpet and laminate flooring (approx. 40sqm). Laying of new laminate flooring. Installation of new non-working fireplace into existing opening. Removal and replacement of 3 old radiators. 100mm extension of a stud wall, reducing a wall opening. Remove and replace kitchen light.
Unsure of the cost of all this.
A polite, punctual tradesman who was stress-free and great value for money. Excellent job done!

I'm not sure
Knock-though from kitchen to living room (not sure if wall is load-bearing), replace a bathroom/retile etc, also redecorate hall/stairs/landings (3 storey house)
Toby, Patric & Peter did a knock through, replaced a bathroom, and did some decorating for us. The quote was reasonable, and the job came in on time and on budget. They were very easy to work with and reliable, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
