Removal of two internal walls - to include insertion of RSJs. Installation of 1800mm french doors (to be supplied by customer). Calculations for all works already undertaken.
Gints did a great job taking down two dividing walls in our kitchen and installing a french door set. He is dependable, thorough and considerate. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him.

we are about to buy a house that has had nothing done to it for a very long time. it needs the bathroom moving upstairs, kitchen re-configuring, and also a dormer
Scott & his team gave us a great service from start to finish with our project. We gutted and redesigned the interior of our 3 bed house, and rebuilt the inside. This was hard for us as 1st time buyers, but the process was made very easy for us. we were able to discuss and change every step of the way, and the process was as stress free as it can be! we had a regular payment plan so we could see the progress as we paid weekly, which worked very well. I would highly recommend Imperial Image &use Scott again.

We have a small Victorian cast iron fireplace that was removed from a bedroom. We would like it to be bricked into the chimney breast in our dining room. There is a open cupboard in the chimney breast which the fireplace should fit in to.
Gints bricked in a fireplace for us and did an excellent job. He was reliable and efficient so I would be happy to recommend him.

Not really an extension but we'd like a picket fence put in outside our house (it is just a tarmac drive that opens onto the street at the moment). Also need separate quote for painting front of pebble-dashed terraced house.
Great work, fence looks fantastic and price beat other quotes by miles. Also, all done in a day.

to underpin foundation of small lean-to conservatory (two sides only: 289 cm & 215cm approx).
Piotr and his team were absolutely wonderful:very sociable, honest, and trustworthy. Piotr gave an evaluation/value for unexpected necessary work which had to be done, with efficiency, great quality and above all exceedingly professional - my wife and I were very happy with the job. We would happily use his services again. We have no hesitition in recommending London Builders. Thank you very much, rated people, for giving us the services and access to quality trade persons. Unfortunately F.E. Vasconcelos started well and seemed keen, but over time began to become hard to get hold of and eventually just disappeared. Instead he just left one of his contractors doing minor snags and then he just vanished. Fernando left his tools and didn't complete a banister and kitchen sliding door. Fortunately we had retained 20% of the total value and I estimate that we broke even. We were devastated that our home was left incomplete. We would like to hear back from him and ask him why?

Move radiator. New electrical sockets. Replastering wall and ceiling. Sink surface electric cables into wall. New floor. Materials and labour included in price.
Andrzej has just finished our bedroom refurbishment and has done a great job. He is reliable, polite and very trustworthy. He worked very hard and put in long hours to get the job finished and we're really pleased with the workmanship. We'd definitely use him again and we'd highly recommend him.

Chimmney breast to be removed from first floor bedroom. Ceiling, walls and floor to be renovated. Electric sockets to be re-positioned.
The job changed from chimmney breast removal and renovation to: new ceiling, room re-plaster and full decoration. The team were reliable, friendly and worked long days. They worked cleanly and kept the mess to a minimum, protecting carpets and wooden floors. I was kept updated of the progress regularly, which I was very pleased with. The cost was very reasonable and as a whole I think very good value for money. If cost is a high priority for you this is a good company to use but probably not if you are a perfectionist. I am reasonably happy with the work done.

I'm not sure
We live in a ground floor flat and would like a quote on the cost of the installation of four airbricks. Two would go in the front room and tow would go in the back room. We are looking for quality builders who are able to do this, and provide the materials and labour
The job that the guys did was fantastic. They were really prompt and got to the job straight away, asking our opinions before carrying out the brickwork. The quality of the work was great, and they even came back to finish a small part off, which was not fully complete. It was raining and they still managed to do a great job. The job took a full day to do, and they did not take longer or shorter than neccessary. They even added a grill for one of the preexisting airbrick for the floor incase we had mice get in. They were really nice guys and I would definately use them again.
