The project is on a victorian 3 bed terrace. I have had drawings done but need complete design input, planning/building regs application for side return extension and loft. The whole interior of the house also needs renovation including new floors downstairs, plumbing, heating, damp proof course and electrics. Some reconfiguration of the down stairs is needed. The house is structurally sound.
The whole team was totally committed to doing a great job and it shows now the work is completed.

we have an old front door with stained glass windows in the centre - the stained glass keeps breaking and the door doesnt fit/close properly and its time to just replace it and sort it out once and for all
Mr Walsh replaced my front door which went well so we gave him extra work with an internal door and som repairs to kitchen chairs, unfortunately he has not finished this work and after emailing him and leaving him voice messages has failed to contact me to finish the work on the internal door and return my kitchen chairs. Very disappointed as I chose this builder because he was a "rated" tradesman and initially delivered well.

Side and back extension to ground floor residential flat, flat is located in Balham, London, SW12. Flat is a ground floor flat of roughly 75 square metres that has 1 flat above. The side extension is about 2 metres by 8 metres and back extension is about 3.5 metres by 6 metres. Structural engineer has specified steels and brackets that would be required and provided detailed plans. We have submitted for planning permission and building regs with mandatory period for response expiring in 6 weeks. We have a detailed specification of works that will be required to be completed and would like builders to meet with us and provide a quote for works.
Adam and the TFS team perfromed a complicated back and side extension on our ground floor flat and we are delighted with the work they have done. The work took four and a half months and included some major structural work including the insertion of large metal beams to hold up the flat upstairs. The team worked from 7:30 am to 6 pm every week day and from 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays and we had positive feedback from our neighbours about their work ethic. The finishing was of a high standard and the team were willing to do extra bits and bobs at the end to make sure we were happy and Pawel, Marius, Greg and the team were all very courteous. I got 4 other quotes during the selection process and Adam was very competitive on price for the work. Overall we are extremely happy with the service and our new home! Thanks Adam and team.

Would like an opinion to see if pointing on chimney needs to be re-done and to repair flashing on chimney.
Was very proactive in winning the business, originally quoting for the job late on a Saturday afternoon. Very Punctual, completed the job in the time he advised and also fixed a problem with my drain down pipe at no extra cost. To my untrained eye the work looks of a good standard and all mess was cleared up afterwards. Will be using again if needed.

The fixed shower head has a copper pipe within the wall, behind the tiles and it appears that at the knuckle joint the olive must be weeping between the two pipes. This has probably been like this since previous owners. The water from shower when turned on has been flowing back into the wall. The adjoining wall is the second bedroom and the wall (plastered) has started to show signs of mould and water damage. Plaster has not peeled off yet. I have stopped using the shower for the past 4 weeks as there is a shower attachment to the bath outlets. I would need the pipework to be repaired and the bedroom wall sorted as part of the works. The shower and bedroom are both in excellent condition (apart from effected wall). The water damage is only to specific areas across the length of the pipe.
David was excellent in every aspect. The initial problem was resolvesd but due to the construction of the bathroom wall it led onto further problems that involved re-plastering the wall to the second bedroom. Normally I would not have expected a tradesman advertising as a plumber to have been able to do this but I was pleasantly surprised by the skill and cleanliness shown by David in completing the task. His advice in product selection was on the money. All in all a first class service where the problem was rectified quickly, efficientely and cleanly. David will be my first port of call when I come to renovating the bathroom such was the impression he left on me. I have since recommended him to friends in the area

We have a first floor flat in Balham which has a false ceiling in the lounge cutting a traingular wedge out of the room from one side to the other 3ft x3ft. We need this removing asap as the pipe that it is hiding is also due to be removed/worked on. Immediate start.
George answered my job post very quickly, came to quote within 2 hours and did the job the next morning. The job was done well and the room left as he found it. Would recommend.
