I need a 12 inch hole cut through a kitchen wall to an exterior wall
Excellent job by K&A, I ended up getting them to install a small glass brick window and render a wall. Their work was of a very high standard, they were prompt, quick, polite and efficient. I will definitely be using them again.Angela

Andrius did an excellent job on our flat, we needed a complete refurbishment which he completed quickly and efficiently. All the work was done to an extremely high standard and he provided excellent guidance and project management. We are absolutely delighted with the work that has been done which included a new sub-floor and kitchen, and refurbishment and decoration throughout. We have since recommended him to several people.Lucy
The flat is a lower ground floor of a split terraced house.
The wall is an internal wall which currently creates a corridor to the kitchen and forms a wall to the adjoinging bedroom.
It is approximatley 5m long, we are unsure of its construction/build up.
And most importantly whether it is a structural wall or not.
their will be an impact on the roof and this would need to be made good asa with the floor.

First floor bedroom ceiling has begun to sag in the centre of the room and seems to only be held up by the ceiling wallpaper! It appears as if one of the ceiling boards has become detached from the joists above.
Quick, polite and professional. Cleaned-up after themselves too!Rizwan

We have two pillars outside our front door on which two urns sit, one on each. One of the urns has fallen off and we'd like the remainder of this one removed, the other one taken off and stone 'balls' added on instead (many examples of similar on our street). This will require fixing the stone balls securely and painting them white to match the rest of the front porch.

I have a garden office and I want to build an extension onto the side with an internal door. This will be a utility area with a shower and toilet. I have drawn a diagram to price up and have verbal ok from council. I need a price etc to put in my planning and schedule the work. I can email the diagrams and spec to price up. It is at the end of the garden so we need services, foundation and building of the extension.
