we only got a quote from Premier Basements as we then decided to postpone our building works for personal reasons. However, Roger from Premier came round to quote us very promptly and followed-up very efficiently and professionally to our questions. They seemed very competitive on price, so we hope to use them in the future when we do decide to go-ahead with our basement conversion.

I'm not sure
I have a balcony off my bedroom which is above the lounge. In the stormy rain, rain water leaked from the balcony down the wall in y lounge. I can't actually find where the water leaked in from and need someone to identify and mend and then also the lounge will need redecorating - in addition I think the water may have affected the cieling as well as the plaster is cracked from the damp area
