"Quality of actual work was superb, turned up on time and finished on time. They were happy to change start date at short notice due to a change in our circumstances. Only issue was the mess - apparently there was an unexpected amount of dust. This has left our carpet in a state despite our covers being put down (however these were just left in a pile for us to shake out). Also the outside was a complete mess and we've had to spend half a day cleaning up. "
