No brickwork, but partition must be strong and fairly sound proof.

Took on Steve and his team to take down a glass block wall. The wall, 2 bathrooms and a spectacular kitchen later, we're finally getting towards the end. There's not much these lads can't turn their hand to and I'm very pleased with the result.Barry

New build apartment.Currently a tall plaster board structure containing fridge is potentially supporting the cieling,I want to remove this and replace with something smaller and les bulky or remove completely.Looks like the cileings are suspended from the metal roof structure but Im not sure.Would require a tradesman who has worked on modern building of apartment blocks.I wish to carry out this work in the near future prior to fitting a new kitchen.

Water damage requires shower to be stripped of tiles, plaster board replaced (poss stud wall repaired due to water damage to structure), replace skirtings, etc. re-tile shower cubilce and refit existing doors. may be requirement to dry out concrete sub floors. Insureance quote required
