I have a concrete floor in my kitchen that is uneven and needs flattening flush.
Was prompt with the surveying, estimate, and the pricing. Very welcoming and perfectly decent job done.
I would hire him again if I ever need other work doing.

Job is basically to reinstate a partition wall to make what is currently an open-plan front lounge back into a private room and separate hallway. You're looking at about 7 sq. metres of stud partition and internal door, finished and painted to match existing as much as possible.
Excellent quality work. Can't fault it, really. Job schedule didn't go to plan due to circumstances beyond the builder's control; but communication was good as to this issue.

to take fitted wardrobes out. knock down stud wall with door in. The wall has a light switch and plug socket on that needs moving. Basically to make 2 bedrooms into one.
I was very pleased with all aspects of their work. They were on time and did the job in a really quick time which was fantastic. They also did some extra bits which was very nice of them. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family and would use them again with no hesitation.

had a job done in bathroom and a new boiler. the wall is wet and it may be to do with the chimney leaking ,and water coming from there . may be the flashing.

Reset of ridge and hip tiles on small bungalow. Ridge tiles loose with cement breaking up. Small amount of pointing to one wall.
The guys got onto the job quickly and at the time specified and got on with the job.The only reason I did not give the quality a full 5 stars is because some of the lower courses of brickwork were not pointed up, but this could be a communication issue as I could not be there to tell them exactly what needed to be done. Would Recommend This Builder.

Mortgage lender has asked for estimate for the following "recomendations" picked up by surveyor;
" Both chimneystacks require overhaul. The
f1aunchings, flashings and masonry/pointing should be
carefully examined and repaired as necessary"
"The guttering may leak and should be checked"
"explore the possibilty of inserting soffit vents or similar"
"Improve loft insulation to current standards"
"you should lower the ground levels adjacent
to each of the external walls so that they are at least
