Updated : Knock a joining wall down, to make utility area bigger. Considering adding a patio door / french doors onto garden outlook. Not sure on how much this would cost - looking for quotes. Original : Looking to rework a previous kitchen extension - with an unknown pillar.
Would also like a utility room and joining wall knocked down.
French windows installing onto dining room.

We have an extenal Wall in an extension with a Chimney Breast that we want knocking out to open up the Kitchen/Breakfast room. This is the first stage of Kitchen renovation so could lead to other owrk as this progresses such as plastering/tiling etc.
John and his team have done an excellent job if ever we need anything done again would go back and work with him. Clean and tidy workers, punctual and a decent price to boot!!mark
We do not know if plans need to be drawn up or if we need planning permission. The overall floor area does not need to be enlarged but new walls and roof would be necessary. The existing porch is a low wall with windows above to a sloping roof made of plastic sheets. Approx 5' 7" x 4' 9"
Very please with the overall job and Paul took time and trouble to save us money where he could. Derek
Extension to dining room and kitchen approx 7ft x 10ft. One wall to be erected with pitched roof with velux window, patio door to the garden. Windows and walls to be taken out from dining room and kitchen area. Wood finish flooring, electrics and plastering required. Plumbing to be moved
Alf and his men were excellent - they immediately understood the work needed to be done and worked tirelessly throughout. Always with a smile
Well done and thanks Alf the extension is absolutely superb! Susan
