dormer bungilow suspected leaking roof
On agreeing (following a home visit) to allow them to undertake the works they failed to confirm the day the works would be carried out, following a request to do so. Though we had a leaking roof (emergency) the repair works were undertaken without our knowledge and us being present.

I want a door put in the rear wall of a garage. The wall is single brick (i.e. not cavity) and the door would allow direct access from the garage to a path along the back of the house. It's a small job, but would involve brickwork and carpentry. I don't know how much it would cost, but make a wild guess of somewhere around 500.
A job well done. Would certainly contact for future work.
