repointing brickwork down to at least top of ground floor windows on the front of the house only. The brickwork is extended upwards above the upper floor windows for opprox 3 foot.and conceals the rainwater gully. the back of this wall will also need repointing. I have a recurring leak where the water comes in from above the bedroom windows. Despite having had the gully relined. No obvious site of engress has been identified except the need to repoint. As the leak does not occur every time it rains the walls generally are dry inside. the reason I'm looking for someone is that the person who was going to do it has taken ill. I need to get this problem sorted out as I don't want the roof timbers etc to develop at type of rot.
I couldn't fault any of the service I received from this company. The job was completed in two days and everything was cleaned up and left tidy. All the workmen were friendly and helpful. No hidden extras and the job was done to schedule. I would recommend them to anyone.

Around christmas I noticed a damp patch on the wallpaper in the hall. On the other side of the wall there is an internal alley. There are no water pipes in the wall. I found next doors downpipe had completely run away at the joint and water from the roof of three houses pouring onto the front of mine. I suspect this has caused the damage but it is still growing despite me sorting the drain pipe
