We want our downstairs toilet moved a short distance to create more room in our kitchen/diner. This probably requires the following:
The height of a current opening into an area under the stairs made higher,
The removal of a curved (plasterboard) wall which currently forms the downstairs toilet.
Plastering of walls in new toilet area, kitchen area and light fitting,
Addition of toilet and wash basin (electric,water and waste are very close by)
New door and door frame
Current toilet floor raised to be level with kitchen floor,
add more engineered wood flooring in kitchen to match existing flooring
Kane came to the house to study the job on the agreed date/ time. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The job we wanted to be done was quite a fiddily job and he spotted there may not be enough height to make the job sensible. He arranged to come back at another time to remove a section of plaster from underneath the stairs to be 100% sure. This confirmed his original suspicions and we agreed that the work was not a good idea. All damage was repaired to a high level and the area thoroughly cleaned.
