take out dividing wall between living rooms support wall above with rsj to meet with building regs. take out original outside brick wall approx 9ins thick install 2 rsj to support above wall and floors to meet with building regs. both walls approx 3metres long
What can I say, excellent in all aspects. As a customer who has never carried out any renovation work before he has not only completed the work we asked him to do on time, to a very high standard and for a very competitive price, but he has also offered excellent advice, been very amicable, extremely reliable and trustworthy. We have been so pleased with his quality of service that we have asked him to do extra work for us which he is already half way through. I can not recommend him highly enough.

cunversion of separate garage to small independent living accommodation for parent
mark and his team extended and transformed an old detached garage into a smart and lovely new annexe/bungalow for my mum. The job is now complete and a credit to the team.
They have worked hard all summer - despite some terrible weather!
A group of polite and helpful lads, the whole team worked hard taking the time and effort to make sure everything was finished to a high standard, always ready to discuss and adapt ideas and plans.
