3 bedroom victorian house. Needs skimming throughout, some ceilings might need plastering. 2 x doors need squaring off with frames fitted and doors hanging. Coving and skirting needs replacing. Soil pipe needs replacing. Small area of brick work needs looking at for water penetration damage. Extractor flue needs redirecting. 1 x fireplace surround needs removing and replaced. 1 x fireplace needs removing for restoration. 2 x radiators in living room need replacing and all radiators need thermostatic valves fitting.
3 bed Victorian house renovation which included plastering, replacing ceilings, skimming, adding coving and skirting, doors and frames, laying a new oak floor, mounting fireplaces, electrical and plumbing inc. replacing radiators and redirecting pipework. Externally a soil pipe was replaced, boiler flue redirected and brickwork repaired. I can highly recommend Adam in a time where is it so hard to find a reliable builder. Friendly team, punctual, hardworking and keep a clean site. Will use again for sure.

i would like someone to fit a loft ladder and alter my loft hatch so that it opens downwards into the room rather than up into the loft
Peter was really great, I originally got a quote from hiim just to fit a loft ladder which he came and did really quickly and for good value. I subsequently got a quote from Peter to fit my new kitchen and bathroom, both of which he did to excellent quality and he really went out of his way to source the best materials I could afford within my (not particularly generous!) budget!And I love the end result, especially the granit worktops, stainless steel belfast sink and of course my lime green splashback - thanks Peter! I would definately ask Peter to do more work in my flat - i just need to work out what my next project it will be! I highly recommend Peter and his team to others.

To take out existing french windows and replace with new ones. Take out and replace bottom of outer door frame where rotten and fit cat flap. Also to take off existing bathroom door and replace with new one turning it round to open inwards instead of outwards.
I recently had new french windows made and fitted, plus a bathroom door modified by Gabor and his team at Concept Builders. I was very impressed with their attitude and the continuous hard work and long hours they put into the job. They were friendly and reliable, I would recomend them to anyone as they did an excellent job.
