1) To remove chimney breasts from the house there are 2 in the through lounge which go all the way to the roof which need to be removed.
2) The through lounge pillar i wish to move so will require a longer RSJ and make it by the stairs rather then in the room, the wall separating the lounge and hall way will then be removed making a open plan lounge, this wall is not load bearing so should not require any support.
3) Replaster the four rooms (through lounge and two bedrooms) afterwards the plaster is old so i wish for a whole replaster job not just the skim layer.
there will also be small other jobs along with these three main ones including placing of new electric points and laying new electrics etc but these can be discussed
