The job was a two story side, single story rear extension, including all the plumbing and electrics. The quote was very reasonable considering the size of the job and it was easy to see from the start that I had made the right choice. The quality of the finished job is superb and I will be inviting them back to do more work.

Good day !! The property is near Harrow & Wealdstone and start date could be around 20th July or so. I like to have someone on board who is dedicated to complete the jobs in around 2 weeks time with best workmanship. I would prefer someone who have great experience & had a nice feedback from customers. My max budget for all refurbushments maybe around £ 15,000. This includes material costs as well but excludes white goods & kitchen items.
Below are the jobs in detail for which I would like to have a best quotation:
1) Refurbishing the roof structure: Add some loft insulation, loft boards, timber to strengthen etc. Maybe additional work required. 2) Damp curing of 2 walls in lounge & bathroom (if needed), paint them with anti-fungal paints, then the paints of our choice etc. 3) Lounge: Old carpet removal & replace with new wood or Amtico spacia flooring in lounge 4) Bedrooms: Old carpet removal & replace with new carpets of good quality. Also to cover the stairs. 5) Painting: All interior & exteriors (if possible). 6) Kitchen: Replace with new flooring, kitchen cabinets, worktops & appliances. 7) Bathrooms: Change WC's, Fix electric shower setup on 1st floor bathroom. 8) Fixing of Security Alarm & cameras. 9) Change of locks for the entrance & patio doors. 10) Refurbish the conservatory. 11) Garden decoration (optional).
I know it is difficult to provide a quotation at this moment but first would like to know your interest & availability. You can come down to have a viewing for quotation purposes. I possibly like to know if one could provide how much could the labour & material costs for this kind of refurbishment.
