I want to fit a new sink, do wooden flooring throughout my studio flat, and install a new boiler with radiators and new piping. I also want my flat painted.

Updated : Our extension has an 8 foot long window that we would like replaced by a sliding patio door. This will involve removing the existing frame, knocking out the remaining brickwork to floor level and installing the sliding patio door. The area is easily accessible and currently used as a dining area but it can be cleared quickly. There is also a side entrance to the house for good access. We can source and buy the sliding door but would rather a builder quote us on this + the labour.
