"Builder has been working on renovation from Sept 08, worked fine until a couple of weeks ago, even gave the same builder another large flat conversion job and recommended him, he has now disappeared and not answering any calls, he has left both jobs unfinished, have spoken to his sub contractors and suppliers, he has not paid them either, also spoken to other customers who's jobs have been left unfinished. He has taken the money and gone."
