Comment Overall we are very pleased with KIT contractors. They are thoroughly realiable and honest people. I wouldnt hesitate a second to recommand to any one. The project had run for 11 weeks which was a complete refubishment of a 4 bedrooms detached house including a single story rear extension and brand new hot water and heating system. The project was delivered on time thanks to the hard works of them. It wasn't an easy job as it had involved a lot of works particular the rear extension. We hadn't got a planned design in place beforehand, therefore we had to change our initial thoughts a few times while it's being built. I found KIT contractors very patient and willing to make any changes to make customers satisfied , while at the same time strictly stick to building regulations and always kept our informed if there were any issues.in addition , they had been very honest about any extra costs to the projects. Never asked for us to pay for something which had been agreed previously even they had to redo they would bear at their own cost. They even fitted in secondary windows for us without charging the labour costs ( which was an extra work for them).We feel very lucky to have them as our builder and wish them every success to their business.
