Brick up a gap in the partition wall in the loft, between my loft and next doors (approx half metre sq).
Put 2 brackets on the porch canopy to support it.
Rear Extension, approx 15sqm (14ft wide x 9ft long) to terraced house, with velux windows to roof and plastering, electrics, plumbing etc to house new kitchen (once complete)
9 days into the job (rear extension) and despite the rain, the build is going great. Kirk is reliable and trustworthy, going through each stage with me so I know what is going on and what to expect next. I am delighted so far with the results and very happy that KC Design and Build are undertaking my extension. I'm really looking forward to seeing the finished product.Jackie

Munro Cannon were excellent. Having provided a quote a year previous, I asked for a requote, which I accepted. They were extremely helpful, giving me advice, and carrying out other work in addition to the porch. There have been many compliments from neighbours on the work, and I am extremely satisfied with the result. I have other work to be done and I shall be asking Munro Cannon to quote.irene
Fireplaces in living room, dining room, and 2 bedrooms to be removed. Obviously joists will be needed etc.
First class service. I had mixed feelings about getting the chimneys removed, but they really eased my fears. Very good job completed on time, on budget and by two fantastic guys. Would use again and recommend to anyone in a flash.Jesal
Full renovation of flat. Approximately 90 m.sq. Remove existing kitchen, bathroom and install new including plumbing and appliances. Rewiring with new consumer unit. Skim all walls and ceilings and paint( including woodwork). Old carpet will need stripping and disposing of. Lay new flooring(engineered oak).
We were very impressed with this team and will definitely be recommend them to others, as well as using them again. The quote was very good value and they were able to respond quickly to our need to get the work done as quick as possible. They were friendly and professional, easy to contact with high standard of work. Many thanks.Paul
I need to install a new door between my lounge and downstairs bathroom. The bathroom is part of an extension of the house so in between is a supporting wall. This job involves cutting the wall and installing the door.
I needed to create a new doorway on a load bearing wall to my downstairs bathroom and remove/recreate some stud walls. They gave me a competitive quote and have the job done with a very high standard.
They were hard working, always came on time and had the work place cleaned before leave. They explained everything I asked and gave me very helpful suggestions. I will use them again next time and recommend them to my friends.Simon
Unsold lead, updated details: I am open to suggestion whether this is a brick or timber construction. When I say outbuilding I am looking for a shed, with power, decent roof etc. THis is a build from scratch, and want it built on a concrete base to help solidness and damp proof. Am looking at 4m - 2m approx Original: I am looking to have an outbuilding built at the end of my garden, approx 4m - 2m. As part of this I am looking for pitched roof with guttering, internal electrical points and light, window/door etc.

No structural drawings have been prepared and I am looking to work with the builder to draft the best design for the loft for maximum usage. Work will also include flooring and installation of storage solutions, complete with two loft windows. Decoration may also be required depending on quality of work seen.
Work should be completed by July

We have a bad patch of damp on an upstairs wall in our flat in Ruislip (wall covered in mould). There is an airbrick adjacent and I am wondering if the water could be getting in there - or if it's a leaking roof / gutter or something. I need someone to come an 'diagnose' it, then fix the problem.

I have noticed damp underneath two windows in my flat in two separate rooms , it is an upstairs flat and there is no damp in the flat below. We think the problem may be due to the rooms not being ventilatilated properly, as the flat is currently rented and has been empty for a while until now.
