Danny and his team are an experienced, reliable and trustworthy group of workers and very dependable.
He completed the work on my property within the timescale set and within my budget.
I was kept informed on a daily basis of the progress on my property and I have yet to come across such a hardworking team of builders. I will highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for the next phase of work that needs to be done to my property.

I would like a new doorway cut into a plasterboard wall and frame and fixings etc. And the old doorway bricked up and plastered. Light swicth moving from one end of bathroom to the other - once the door is moved.
Daniel and team were great, on time, helpful, on budget and reliable. Will use again and am already thinking of loads of other jobs! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and the quality of work was superb.

We are 5 weeks into a building work programme with Technocrates. Currently the work is on schedule and carried out to a very high standard. The site manager is very good, has strong communication skills with myself and very considerate of the fact that we are living in the house whilst the work is carried out. The builders all work very hard, are very self sufficient (make their own tea etc..), very tidy with site clear ups every night and very polite and friendly with my neighbours which has been appreciated. Technocrates management have been approachable, made regular contact via e-mail/site visits and have returned all phone calls/queries efficiently. Suffice to say I hope it continues this way.

one fireplace is small and will need bricking up but no works to chimney stack. other is about 5 foot wide x 4 foot high and will need supports to chimney stack to be installed.
We received an outstanding service from Tudor Property Maintenance. Quality job, courteous, good communication, tidy, clean, reliable, honest, good price, else can I say? We would definitely use Tudor Property Maintenance again and highly recommend them.

Living room wall to be removed and replaced with an RSJ is approx 4 1/2 meters wide and approx 3 meters high. The rear wall extension currently has two french doors with windows to either side which needs to be removed. An RSJ fitted across and a 14ft wide bi-folding door, which we have already ordered, needs to be installed. The extension has no structure above and so has no weight above it.
The work has been completed to a high standard and I would definatley recommend them to friends and family. In my opinion, they are honest, reliable and trustworthy, and have always keep me updated on the progress of the work.
