The rear extension will need a 7 metre RSJ as we want to create an open plan living area with kitchen, dinning and living room in one space.

Hello I would like a price to i) knock down the parting wall between bathroom and toilet in the upstairs of a 1950's house (with a view to effectively joining the two rooms together) and ii) build a new wall where the toilet door currently is. No plans exist for this property to do the work, but I know of at least one other property on the same road that has had this done, and for which plans do exist (and are publicly accessible on the council planning website). I am looking for someone who has experience of doing this type of job in a similar property ideally. Thanks Ben
