"Manner was abrupt and rude. Workmanship was poor, especially with people he employed. He held up other tradespeople that I was using and caused expensive damage because of he did not do what he said he had. He promised to finish the work within 4 weeks and we signed a JCT type contract but just over a week later he kicked up a huge fuss and demanded more money that was due to him contractually. We did not pay him all he requested but he was paid 1k more. As soon as the money cleared he was gone. I then had his men come back to me demanding money and said that he had not paid them. I would not recommend this tradesman in any way. Be very careful. He was one of the hightest quotes and was still totally unreliable in such a large job. "

"i had a side extension for a new bathroom. ripped out old kitchen and insert new one. put a wc upstairs. did all flooring. painiting and decorating throughout the house. The quality of work was of a good standard. Mireks workmen were always on time to the site and were present everyday of the work. they did not phone in sick or make other excuse of not turning up. Mirek gave useful advice and suggestions on how to overcome stumbling blocks if we came to any problems. he and his team listened to any concerns that i had a acted upon them."
