Kitchen in Extension: A new wider doorway in the outside wall, so a steel beam will need to be fitted. The back of extension currently has a small window and a back-door, this need to be replaced with a single large window, requiring a lintle and steel beam (we've already paid for the calculations from a structural engineer for both these jobs). The extension at the back of the house will also need a new Ikea kitchen fitted in, with a new gas supply and electrics being fitted (there's a concrete floor). Downstairs Shower-Room: A new stud-wall (with door) fitted to section off a new shower-room. Toilet, shower, sink and lighting completed in the room.
Liam and Spencer were always true to their word and the finished product is more than we had hoped for. Liam was our main point of contact for the job and his communication was outstanding. Lightning quick at responding to missed calls or SMS and gave regular updates on all the progress. Trustworthy and easy to get on with, you can't ask for much more. The quality of the finish is very good, their plasterers were some of the best around.

Area to be bricked up is standard doorway. Old door to be removed. Old door frame to be removed. Space to be bricked up then plastered. Finished with wall paper covering on both sides. Work is internal and must be done neatly ensuring a tidy area end of the day and minimum dust circulation. Work will need to be completed within a two days of starting.

Dani completley renovated my house. He installed a new bathroon suite, shower and tiles. Plastered all the ceilings of the house, installed all new kitchen tiles and new radiators in the house. He also replaced all the old power points in the house and installed 2 extra ones and replaced and installed new lights. Dani was extremley helpful to me in not only making suggestions for the improvments to the house but helped me get all the materials which i am very greatful for! For the electrical work Dani was able to provide certification. Overall I am very very happy with dani's work and recommend him to any one. He is very professional, courteous and reliable builder and finished on time as promised.
