Replacing an existing run of retaining garden wall which runs along two sides of a house to hold back a sloping garden. The wall is approx 90 ft long and 2 ft high and holds back earth up to its full height so the replacement will need to be strong and frost resistant.
We also doing a larger garden refurbish/redesign and wish to reposition some garden steps, lay some new paving and path and replace an existing patio, which could be done as part of the same job or separately.

I am interested in converting my garage into 2 rooms, a bedroom and a dining room. I live in a bungalow. The garage is approx 8' x 16'. It has already been partly converted i.e the roof space has been insulated and 2 of the 4 walls are already insulated. The garage has one door to it from the house and I would be looking to put an archway in leading from the kitchen which would make one door from the house going to the new bedroom and the archway would be from the kitchen to the other new room the dining room. The floor I imagine would have to be raised to the same level as the house and the garage doors removed and a brick structure with a window put in place although if this could be done with wood panelling etc to reduce the cost this would be good. There is already one radiator in the garage but this would need moving and an additional radiator being installed. We would need extra elecrtical sockets also installing. All walls apart from garage doors are brick and I am not sure if it would be structually safe to put in the archway as mentioned previously but I am intersted to know a ball park figure for the conversion as I am not sure what the cost would be for this.

I need a stud wall put up in one of my rental properties in Norwich. This should be a fairly easy job where one wall is required with a door. I have got the door but no other materials for it.I have been quoted £200 for this job however the builder is not available to do the job until a lot later in the year.
I also need a separate door (which would need to be supplied by you) fitted in the kitchen of the same house (there used to be a door there previously). I want this done as cheaply as possible as this is a student home.
In addition to the above, I want a door fitted in my own house in Norwich (separate house to the rental property). This will be a glass door between the kitchen and the rest of the house.
