we have had plans drawn up to work from The extension would be a 2 storey extension to the side of the existing property. around 30 mtr sq ground floor would be a full length living room with patio doors to the rear and possibly a flue for a woodburner to be fitted, upstairs would be 2 bedrooms 1 with an en suite a small porch to be added to the front of property,front door to be moved and couple of doorways to be added through from existing property. we have put in for planning and expect to hear back from them by the end of jan beginning of feb. At this point we would be looking at starting work march time. many thanks for your time. R Roberts
