Dean knocked through an internal wall to create an archway entrance to an en-suite. He built an internal partition, plastered all the walls and plumbed in a toilet and wash basin. He did an absolutely brilliant job - I can't praise him highly enough for the quality of his work, his friendly and professional manner in the house, his reliability and very reasonable quote. He will definitely be my first call for any future work and I fully recommend him without any reservations.

Job: Strip out holiday studio flat and update. Quoted 3 working weeks. Commenced w/c April 2. Completed June 9th. Quality of the work: Generally good but serious issues with plumbing in bathroom. Evidence of leakage to flat below. Followed by escape of water from old stop tap connection. SYR on holiday so we called plumber in to make good the repair, fit new stop tap in more accessible location and make good WC fittings. Reliability: On av worked 3 days a week. VFM: Av.

Need guarantees for damp proofing and our builders will finish skirting etc after job is finished. Please don't contact if you cannot do this job NOW!

This builder booked to view job at 8 to 9am. Never showed and when rang just told me he was not in the area that day as expected and it was 3 or 4 days before he could see the job. NO excuse for not ringing me to cancel. This behaviour is unacceptable and if he cannot turn up on time to quote who knows what would happen if he was given the job.

Paul and his team are excellant. They worked solidly all day and cleaned up thoroughly every night before leaving. They built me a beautiful porch using materiels in sympathy with the rest of the house. Their quote was very reasonable. I can highly recommend them and would use for any future work.
