Been stood up twice, left waiting for 2 days for a visit. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and still went ahead for a quote. Still waiting for quote after 1 month. If this is for a quote then I wouldn't rate them for the actual work.
The present state of the cellar is good - pretty dry - few damp areas on walls and floor. We want to turn the basement into an office and dry store. We will require the cellar to be dry and as light as possible with natural light for office.

I would like to convert my cellar into a living space/den. one side is open, the other is about 3foot open the rest will need to be dig out.
We want to make space for patio area so can get more sunlight in garden,
Demolish existing single skin, flat felt roofed garage. Break out existing concrete floor. Lay new floor to extra/full width of rear garden. Construct new garage with office room above. Use party walls of neighbours garage (one side) and garden wall (other side) - both neighbours are cooperative. pitched clay tiles roof with dormer over looking garden. Simples!
