Wall has cracked beneath staircase and is making terrible rattling noise under staircase. Noticeable when you shut a door on that floor or shake the staircase balustrade.
Although Peter did not complete the job as it did not warrant the type of work he offers. He was punctual, friendly and reliable.

Divide a 14ft 4 x 7ft 11 bedroom into two rooms. make good one as a bedroom and reposition bathroom into the other one. Bathroom wld then be a totally internal room and so has no window / ventilation. Turn existing 9ft8 x6ft 10 bathroom (which has a window) into a bedroom. Internal re-routing of plumbing required. New standard suite with shower over bath plus some tiling, electrics and refinishing to all rooms affected. Aim ... to turn 3 bed semi into 4 beds without too much expense or mess!
