We requested this company to attend a house viewing with us on a house we are considering purchasing. James was very prompt in replying, arranged the visit and phoned the day before to confirm. On meeting him he was very polite and professional. He did a thorough check of the house and later that day emailed a quote for all works required. James did everything he said he would and at the agreed time. He seems very reliable.
Roof repairs to leaking outhouse and ? removal ? replacement of an old unused outside WC. The outhouse in question contains the WC and is fairly normal toilet size. The internal ceiling will also need repairs and to be replastered. The room/building can be directly accessed from outside the house.

Job only done today. I will be happy with the quality and price if the roof he mended proves weatherproof. The only caveat I would then have is that he left a little debris after he finished. In that case I would score him 14 out of 15. I have asked him to quote for another job!

Be very careful. I would NOT under any circumstances recommend this builder. He has not fulfilled his contractual obligations. He has made alterations to the structure of our building, contrary to detailed in plans, causing the roof to be unsound. I have unanswered questions over the company name.
