Ivan called and gave us great advice and honest quote. Work scheduled to proceed but due to outside factors we have had to postpone. Hope to have Ivan complete the work as soon as is possible.

Be very careful. I would NOT under any circumstances recommend this builder. He has not fulfilled his contractual obligations. He has made alterations to the structure of our building, contrary to detailed in plans, causing the roof to be unsound. I have unanswered questions over the company name. Is it Magna,858 Building, Peter Hales or David Hales. I have referred the matter to the Federation of Master builders.

Alan & his team did a first rate job - my house has been transformed. The job hit a snag (in a house almost a century old it has to be expected) - Alan halted the work, talked us through and costed options before proceeding. Prices were transparent and reasonable. These guys know their stuff and gave a lot of good advice also. Will be hiring them again later this year for another job.

Very knowledgeable, offered sound, practical advice on all aspects. Arrived on time, carried out work in safe and controlled manner. Carried out additional unforeseen minor work necessary as part of the original quote. Workers polite, clean and tidy. I shall definitely use them again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Various brickwork needs fixed. The red brick pillar supporting my gate has lifted from the ground, I can no longer close the gate as the pillar falls forward when I attempt to close it. Some of the brickwork around the bottom of the house is in need of repair also.
