Small kitchen area that joins onto garage, at present only single brick, needs to be fully refurbished in order for a new kitchen to be fitted.
Need the back wall that has door into garage rebuilt and made double thickness with appropriate fire door added.
Outside wall, currently has wooden door in, needs to be taken out and bricked up, made double thickness and new double glazed window fitted etc. Long shared wall needs to be have a stud wall made along it (at present, again only single brick).
Electrics, plumbing, plastering etc will need re-doing and ceiling also. Area currently measures 3m x 2.3 m.
Very friendly, polite and flexible. Several problems came to light during the building stage of my kitchen refurb. these were handled without fuss and and everything was adapted as needed.
Pleased with the job and the price quoted was what I paid, would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended. saw at once what we wanted which was a bit of an unusual job. It was carefully costed and the finished result is PERFECT!!! our new greenhouse is referred to by family and friends as our "orangery".

In the process of buying a new house, and the garage needs a good degree of work. It is a semi detached single garage which has been constructed alongside an existing garage (owned by the next door neighbour). It is of blockwork construction, render faced externally and set beneath a flat felted roof.
Its maintenance has been neglected. The felt covering is leaking badly, causing deterioration to the roof boards, some or most of which will need replacing along with the felt. The windows also need complete replacement.
In addition, at the back of the garage is an adjoining workshop (largely wooden with an electric supply). It is very rotten and needs taking down. In the hole in the wall, that will remain from where the garage led into the workshop, a new access doorway into the garage needs constructing (a 'normal house-type door').
The garage has a metal up and over door at the front in fine condition, which needs sealing (it is not to be used by the owner, and needs to be weather and pest proof).
Finally the internal walls of the garage may require general maintenance, e.g. smoothing over.
