Get rid if asbestos roof, new window side door and garage door and fascias
The tradesman was ok but wouldnt come back to rctify some mistakes he had made. Some of the workmanship was a bit shoddy! Like patching up the fascia with a cut out square of fascia board. also a big piece of wood broke off the gate and it didn't even have a handle on. Also part of the wood inside the garage door he made is coming off after only a few months. Overall I would not recommend him to anyone!!Jackie
We're looking to extend a kitchen out through an attached outside bathroom.
Work would include external doors bricking up, 2 small windows adding, creating inner wall and re-plastering.
Plans in the process of being completed.
Very pleased with the work from James and his team, communication was excellent throughout, and finished to a high standard. Andrew
Concrete sloping path with drain beneath needs reconstruction with supporting brickwork. Path is 44 inches wide x appx 14 metres long, and its brick support wall rises appx. .5 m above the adjoining path next door. This is a complicated job.
David initially impressed us by taking the time to fully assess and plan the job before issuing a competitive quotation. He turned up on time and kept us informed of each stage of the work. Despite the challenge presented by the weather - heavy rain and exterior concreting are not compatible - Forest Property Maintainence stood by and worked whenever the sky cleared, and eventually got the job done on time. A skilled outfit who know their trade, and we'd certainly use them again.Roy
I have already sourced the materials and they have been delivered ready to go. 400 bricks need erecting into a front wall.
Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable - constructed the wall with minimum fuss and mess and did an excellent job - highly recomended - couldn't fault him in any way - very quick, reliable worker - will definitely call on his services again.Ben

I'd like a brick/breeze block porch building onto the front of my house. Not too big, probably about 2.5m x 1.5 or similar. I've not got any plans drawn up and I haven't got planning permission as I believe I don't need any. I don't really want any windows in it so will be all brick / breeze block, apart from a door. Just a basic porch to be built really.

I require a kitchen extension around the 5mx4m size but i want the full build from footings through to complete finish including all plumbing, gas and electrical work and finish inside plastering and fitment of a kitchen not just the build the full project.
The kitchen is a lean to at the moment and every house in my street has an extension of the same size that i require so i will find out if planning is required.

I am looking for a quote for a smallish job which involves knocking through a wall to convert my single garage into part of the main house. I intend on keeping the garage door in place so i can continue to use it for limited storage, so this would require a new partition wall creating to separate the newly created space, but from the outside looks as though it is a normal garage.
The wall which needs knocking through is actually one of the main walls on the outside of the house so assume would require a supporting beam to be put in place.
The new part of the room, where it is knocked into the garage, will require a ceiling and I will also require lighting wired up and sockets fitted. All in all I need it to be finished up to the point where all that is left to be done is decorating.
Look forward to hearing from you.
