We need to completely renovate the 2 bedroom ex-council house in NG8 1PB. This is to include a new kitchen and bathroom with tiling and plumbing, re-wiring, burglar alarm, plastering including ceilings, decorating, new internal doors, new skirting boards, floor-board repair where needed and complete new floor coverings, fire place removal, downstairs toilet removal - non load bearing walls. As far as we are aware, central heating is fine, but needs checking. Some remains of an old central heating need removing. Roof/loft needs inspection as well. The house is double glazed, this needs minor repairs. Under stairs storage room shows signs of damp, this needs inspection and fixing. Externally - new simple gate and fence repair. Possibly decking.
