Several of the lintels on my house are faulty, creating a "step" effect on the brickwork above. The bricks don't appear to be fully attached to the mortar.
Advent Construction Solutions Ltd provided an efficient, friendly service that solved my problem very promptly. I would happily recommend Advent to anybody. Every step or the work was explained to me prior to commencement of the job. Very happy!

old 3 bed semi, downstairs bathroom, needs everything, rewiring, structural repair, CH, double glazing, new kitchen, 3rd bed making into bathroom, plastering, conservatory, has old lead pipes
DO NOT use this company or individual. Left me high and dry, took all my money and less than half job done. Cost me nearly £15k. Cannot get any replies to any correspondance. Workmanship very poor, had to have a lot of it redone to pass Building Regulations. Very likeable and plausible so BEWARE!

The door's side pillars are out of true. Garage size is 17 feet long, by 8 feet 6ins. wide. This job needs attending to before drive and pathways are tackled Original : Repair/ replace roof and (door?) to concrete sectional garage. Roof is corrugated asbestos. The major job however is ground-work--- resurfacing the driveway (about 26 metres length ,presently slabs and gravel)), side path (presently concrete), and path around the building (also presently concrete) and about another 64 metres in total length. Total area about 134 square meters. Gate posts, 4 in total, need replacing,and drains as appropriate.
