"Lee was efficient from the outset - he quoted for the job within a couple of days of me placing the job on the website. He showed us certificates and insurance documents all without prompting. Lee was also honest about the other work that he was doing and gave us realistic (so refreshing!) timescales that he could work to. He arrived yesterday bang on time, with one other workmate and did the job exceptionally well. He was tidy (it was pouring with rain!) and fast working without cutting corners. He also had the tenacity to call us when he unveiled a small problem before continuing with the job rather than assuming what our decision would be. I would definitely and will definitely use Lee again and will also recommend him to other people. This was the first time I had used this website and I have been really pleased with the outcome."
