Updated : chimney has not been capped correctly, top has been 'filled in' so no air circulating. Haven't got a clue as to cost. Original : damp on bedroom ceiling possibly due to previous bad workmanship on exterior chimney (end wall, not high)
Very pleased with this tradesman. Would certainly use him again
