We are looking to add a single storey extension to the rear of our house, becoming a new lounge, through doing this we are also looking to remodel the current interior.
We are at the start of this process so we are looking for an architect as well.

We have a 4 bed detached house in Erskine with a large double conservatory on the back. We would like to remove the conservatory and have it made into a 'proper' room. We are also thinking about removing the exiting wall and having steel support put in and making the whole thing a large living/kitchen area. I am looking for advise on the possibilities and the costs of the various options.
We live in an 'upper conversion'. The canopy above the door to our flat seems to be letting in water through the wall as we have damp inside near the location. We would like someone to remove it, seal the bolt holes and whatever else is needed - then replace the canopy.
Updated : We have plans drawn up and are in the process of getting our building warrant.
We wish to add a 3m x 6m extension to our existing kitchen to make a larger dining/ kitchen family space. Original : We would like to extend our kitchen 3m x 6m.
