Complete Refurb of a 2 bed flat for letting. What impressed us the most was that WPS understood the requirements that we had as Landlords and suggested ways of reducing unneccesary costs. Also they had very good references which we visited. The property had severe mould issues which they cleared and installed prevention measures. They also had to requently liase with the freeholders regarding the works. Communication was excellent considering we were 200 miles away.
