A one storey kitchen extension to replace current "lean to" type extension. The removal of two walls to create a kitchen/ dining room and the addition of a utility room and small WC. The planning permission has been received, the architect is in the process of drawing up plans for the building regs, and also a specification. A structural engineer is also involved and I would expect to have all reports and specificiations by the end of July. I would of course be happy to share all of this information once I have it. I would like the work to be complete by mid October and have been advised that it will take 10 - 12 weeks.
