We require the existing internal garage to be converted to a kitchen. The garage is approximately 5m x 2.7m.
The garage door to be replaced with a window. Water and drainage to be installed, mains routed from existing kitchen.
The garage will need renovation to meet existing building standards, a door way knocked through (air brick and plasterboard) for access via house. Insulated sub floor laid, possible underfloor heating installed. Existing garage door has an angled roof overhead - this is to be vaulted and a velux type roof window installed. Electrics supplied and existing eletrical unit upgraded.
Kitchen will be fitted by specialised company, only the services (water, drainage) etc. is required under this work.
