All works on to upstairs on-suite, but may require the whole pipe to be exposed in lower room and may therefore also require ceiling repair works around boxed section of pipe.
Only receievd a quote from this firm but was carried out very efficiently and was very knowledgable.

The property has no plans for extension, however the attached cottage next door has recently put an extension to the rear. The property has two receptions and a lean to kitchen to the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom to first floor. I would be looking at putting an extension on the rear of the property creating a 3rd bedroom with en suite facility to first floor and kitchen/family room to ground floor. The main area of the cottage to ground floor is approximately 20' x 16' plus a kitchen (an addition) which is 15'x7.5". Cottage is stone built with a tiled roof (in good condition). There is no double glazing or central heating. My idea would be to renovate to an open plan style to try and incorporate the barn idea back into the finished product. i.e have a vaulted ceiling to the bedroom extension for example.
