in place of old out building. extension to be used as an office
Duncan and his team carried out a high quality of work, which was completed at a competitive rate. Several extras made the project over-run by a few weeks but these were also completed to a high standard and significantly contributed to both the new office and the existing house. There were very few small snags, all of which were promptly addressed.

Have separate kitchen and dining room and want to combine the two. Partition walls needs to be demolished, new floor put in and new kitchen units.
Also want back of garage turned into a proper room. Currently has heating boiler, radiator and partition wall to front of garage. Floor and ceieling will need raising.
Wayne was brilliant, arriving promptly each day and working really hard. He was conscientious and paid attention to detail, taking pride in his work. Nothing was too much trouble for him and any extras I asked for were costed in. He was good value for money and I will be using him again.

Called to see the job within 30 min of my posting the job, quoted a price and agreed to commence work the following day. Arrived at 8am worked in the rain and completed the job by 11am to a very high standard and tidied up after himself. Would not hesitate to use him again
