Several extras made the project over-run by a few weeks but these were also completed to a high standard and significantly contributed to both the new office and the existing house. Have separate kitchen and dining room and want to combine the two. Partition walls needs to be demolished, new floor put in and new kitchen units.
Also want back of garage turned into a proper room. Currently has heating boiler, radiator and partition wall to front of garage. Floor and ceieling will need raising.

I am mid point in the purchase of a chalet bungalow in Stratton on the Fosse which requires substantial internal renovation, including reconfiguration of walls downstairs and possible replacement of staircase, refitting of all bathrooms & kitchen, reconfiguration of windows, including installation of bifold glass wall & glass balcony. External renovation includes replacment of rainwater pipes & guttering, re-rendering entire property, fascia, barge boards & soffits, attention to external rot in dormer, erection of fencing. There are no plans for the internal works and I am therefore also looking for someone who can advise & draw up plans for the reconfiguration of rooms & associated building regs as requried & manage the entire project
