The wall in my stair well has damp penetration which is causing the plaster to bubble up rather badly. I live in the Annexe attached to my daughter's Farm House which is over 150? years old although I don't think the Annexe is quite that old. I would need to have the external wall re-pointed and the internal wall re-plastered.
Very pleasant young man called. Sent me a quote within a few days - most reasonable for the work involved. Highly recommended.

Remove internal non load bearing wall between kitchen and dining room and make good. Couple of electric sockets to be capped or moved. About 8ft long.
Carl was brilliant and did a great job, the kitchen looks fantastic now and so much bigger. Would definately recommend.
