The wall in my stair well has damp penetration which is causing the plaster to bubble up rather badly. I live in the Annexe attached to my daughter's Farm House which is over 150? years old although I don't think the Annexe is quite that old. I would need to have the external wall re-pointed and the internal wall re-plastered.

Original : An existing garage shares a roof with next-door neighbour. To remove the existing corregated roof on our grage, build a partition and a new roof with slates or tiles. Also fit a retractable single garage door and access to the roof to store few items.
